       Patient Billing

Billing Procedures
If you have questions about your hospital bill while you are a patient, you can call a financial counselor at (405) 273-2270.

Each time you are admitted to the hospital, whether as an inpatient or outpatient, we will take a copy of your insurance card to update your information. Co-pays or deductibles are due at the time you receive hospital services.

After your procedure or hospital stay is complete, we will bill your insurance company and send you a statement. If we have not received payment within 45 days, we will send you a notice requesting that you contact your insurance company.

Billing for Professional Services
Unity will bill you for hospital services only. You will be billed separately for professional services that are independent from the hospital, such as the emergency room physicians, laboratory pathology, and REACT Ambulance services.

Financial Concerns
If you are concerned about being able to pay your hospital bill, please call our financial counselor at (405) 273-2270. You may qualify for one of several community programs available to help pay for healthcare services.
