Recovering from a serious illness or injury can be lengthy and hard, but a focused rehabilitation program can help make sure the patient and family keep on the best path. The Center for Rehabilitation at Unity Health Center is a comfortable, attractive rehabilitation center specially designed for patients in need of rehabilitative services in an acute care setting.  Nestled in Unity Health Center’s South campus, the staff combines an environment of warmth and compassion with modern technology to restore the health and independence of our patients.

The Center for Rehabilitation at Unity is a 12-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation unit offering physical and cognitive rehabilitation programs dedicated exclusively to treating individuals who have experienced a disabling injury or illness.

We offer a wide range of programs tailored to meet the individual needs of each of our patients.  We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. The patients receive specialized care from a highly-skilled interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists and case managers. Our goal is to help people increase their independence, improve safety at home and work, and enhance the quality of their lives.
