The Center for Women at Unity Health Center provides comprehensive health care for women of all ages, in every aspect of life.

Tiny Treasures
This program is offered through our OB Department. Pregnant moms can take prepared childbirth, breast-feeding and infant CPR classes. Soon-to-be parents can learn about caring for, educating and parenting their new little tiny treasure.

Our state-of-the-art Labor/Delivery/Recovery rooms promote a home-like, positive environment where women can fully experience the miracle of life in privacy with their loved ones. Unity Health Center also has a Level II Nursery, which can provide appropriate medical attention to healthy, premature and special needs babies not requiring transfer to a neonatal intensive care unit.

Once your new bundle of joy has arrived, family and friends will have the opportunity to see your tiny treasure via our Web Nursery. With a few simple clicks, loved ones can view and celebrate your new baby.

Women's Services
Regular mammograms are essential to a woman's health. At Unity Health Center, we offer a mammography suite fully equipped with technologically-advanced equipment including needle biopsy capabilities when necessary. Our registered female radiographers and medical specialists also offer education on the importance of yearly mammograms and monthly breast self-exams.

As a service to the women of our communities, Unity Health Center offers seminars on women's health and lifestyle issues. Our quarterly newsletter provides the latest health information for women as well as upcoming speakers, health screenings and promotions.
